STELLA L. ASHLEY, DIRECTOR
Ms. Ashley holds an RID Comprehensive Skills
Certificate (CSC), a BEI Level V certification, and is a
State of Texas Certified Court Interpreter.
She has an AAS Degree in interpreting
from Eastfield Community College, and
has over 40 years professional interpreting
experience. Ms. Ashley is a member of
the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) and lifetime member of both the
Texas Society of Interpreters for the
Deaf (TSID), and North Central Texas RID. Ms. Ashley is a former RID board
member, former BEI board
evaluator, and former president of TSID. |

ROSE MCKINNEY , STAFF INTERPRETER
Rose is a DARS/BEI Level I interpreter with interpreting experience in a variety of settings. She graduated from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana with a BA in ASL/English Interpreting and Journalism. Mrs. McKinney serves as the Practicum Coordinator for MIS and is a member of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf. |

TERRI JOHNSON , INTERPRETER COORDINATOR
Terri is responsible for scheduling interpreters and assignments. She is also responsible for a variety of administrative duties within the office. Ms. Johnson has been part of the MIS Staff since Spring 2007. |

KIM WATTS, RECORDS MANAGER
Kim maintains records related to interpreters, invoices, and files. She also assists Deaf consumers who come into our office. Ms. Watts is a certified interpreter mentor and an active member of the Deaf community. |
