As a veteran freelance interpreter, Betty J. Merritt (1944 – 2003) recognized the lack of quality, professional services needed by businesses, courts, attorneys, police departments, hospitals, the cultural arts, other organizations and individuals. Thus, MIS was established in 1989 in response to a desire to fulfill this need. Today MIS accommodates the ever increasing demand for quality services. MIS interpreters are accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day to over eighteen (18) counties in the North Central Texas area. The main office is located in the Turtle Creek area, minutes away from downtown Dallas. In emergency situations, an interpreter can be dispatched immediately upon request.
The focus of MIS is to provide only the highest quality interpreting services while maintaining strict confidentiality. Our goal is to provide dependable, high quality service.
